I've found over the years that I can trust God absolutely, because He cares and because He has a plan for each of our lives.
Having lived as a passionate follower of Jesus since 1983, I love helping other folk find faith in God and hope for the future.
I think you'll agree we can all benefit from a life coach, someone to come alongside and provide some wisdom and guidance.
God wants to provide that type of coaching for each of us as we allow Him to guide is into a more healthy and balanced life.
The key to enjoying a healthy life, is getting the balance right by taking some time to address the spiritual side of life.
